In 1983, our story began…
It did not begin as a large company or with a fleet of vehicles. It began with a journey of perseverance led by Hajj Hassan El Masry, driven by a firm belief that honesty and commitment are the foundations of success. The goal was simple and clear: to deliver people’s belongings to their families with the same care and responsibility as if they were his own.
Over the years, through continuous hard work and constant development, this vision grew into genuine expertise spanning more than 40 years in shipping and logistics. The next generation joined the journey, carrying forward the same values on which the company was founded.
Following the liberation of Kuwait, our operations expanded to meet the shipping needs of customers between Kuwait and Egypt. We began by collecting, transporting, and delivering personal belongings door to door. Year after year, our services continued to grow until the company developed an integrated logistics operation that includes a fleet of vehicles, warehouses, a network of representatives and drivers, customs clearance specialists, and a professional packing and transportation team.
In 2017, El Masry International for Import, Export and Shipping Services was officially established in its modern legal form. This was not a new beginning, but rather a new chapter in a journey that had already been going strong for more than four decades.
Throughout these years, our goal has never been simply to move shipments. We have continuously worked to improve the entire customer experience. That is why we expanded our services to include land, sea, and air freight, customs clearance, and professional packing and packaging according to high international standards, while providing integrated logistics solutions for both individuals and businesses.
When the world faced the COVID-19 pandemic and land borders between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait were closed, we did not allow those challenges to stop us. Instead, we developed alternative solutions to ensure that our customers’ shipments continued to reach their destinations door to door, using sea freight combined with full customs clearance services. This demonstrated our belief that challenges are opportunities to prove our commitment to our customers.
